MCC seeks a full-time Finance Systems Administrator that manages and rolls out MCC’s financial systems globally, serving as the key link between finance and technology to support strong reporting and decision-making.

The Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, and global rollout of MCC’s financial systems, including Sparkrock (MCC finance software) and related budgeting tools, across MCC U.S., MCC Canada, and International Program (IP) locations.

This role serves as MCC’s primary internal expert on financial systems, bridging finance and technology to support strong financial management, reporting, and decision-making across diverse international contexts. The position combines technical system expertise with a solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.

FTE and Schedule: 1.0 FTE. Schedule is flexible as there is a need to work across multiple time zones.
