CAFOD is seeking an experienced **Fundraising Consultant** to undertake a **donor‑prospecting and fundraising landscape mapping exercise** to support locally led civil society organisations (CSOs) in Sri Lanka.

The consultancy will identify **new, emerging and non‑traditional funding opportunities** to help partners sustain their work on **human rights, governance, agroecology and climate‑resilient livelihoods**, as CAFOD prepares to close its Sri Lanka programme in 2027.

**Key responsibilities include:**

- Mapping bilateral, multilateral, philanthropic, CSR, climate, diaspora and impact investment donors
- Analysing alignment between donor priorities and partner CSO mandates
- Identifying short-, medium- and long‑term funding opportunities
- Producing a donor‑prospecting report, prioritised pipeline and donor database
- Delivering a virtual workshop to strengthen partners’ fundraising readiness

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in fundraising or donor mapping for CSOs in the Global South
- Strong knowledge of South Asian or global funding landscapes
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
