**Introduction:** The EpiC project works in Thailand to strengthen HIV prevention, care, and support services for key populations. A central focus of this work is building the capacity of community-based organizations (CBOs) to deliver high-quality, sustainable services to the communities they serve. EpiC is now exploring options to support the establishment of a dedicated institution that would provide ongoing Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) support and technical assistance to HIV-focused CBOs in Thailand. To ensure this initiative is grounded in the perspectives and priorities of those most affected, EpiC intends to hold a two-day Co-Creation Workshop on June 22–23, 2026. The workshop will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders from Thailand's HIV programming landscape — including CBO representatives, government partners, and technical experts — to collectively explore what such an institution should look like, what it should do, and how it should operate.
