**Job Purpose:**

To secure the school rehabilitation site, protect materials and equipment, and ensure site safety by preventing unauthorized access, especially given the presence of nearby schools, in order to minimize risks to students and the surrounding community.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

- Guard the school site during working hours and outside working hours as per shift schedule.
- Monitor the entry and exit of workers and visitors, ensuring no unauthorized persons enter the site.
- Prevent students or any unauthorized individuals from entering the rehabilitation site at all times.
- Continuously monitor the site surroundings, particularly due to the presence of nearby schools.
- Prevent students from approaching work areas or hazardous zones (excavations, scaffolding, equipment, electrical tools).
- Politely warn students when approaching and intervene immediately in case of danger.
- Protect construction materials, tools, and equipment from theft or misuse.
- Ensure all site access points (doors, windows, gates) are securely closed at the end of each working day.
- Immediately report any incidents, theft, or suspicious activity to the site supervisor.
- Report any gatherings of students or repeated attempts to access the site.
- Support the team in maintaining order and preventing chaos on-site.
- Assist in organizing the delivery and receipt of materials when required.
- Ensure warning signs are clearly placed around hazardous areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and order of the guard post and surrounding area.
