**Job Purpose:**
To oversee and follow up on the implementation of school rehabilitation and maintenance works at project sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out according to approved technical specifications and project timelines, while maintaining compliance with safety procedures and project requirements.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
**1. Field Supervision**
- Provide daily supervision of rehabilitation and maintenance works at project sites.
- Monitor contractors and labore

**Duties & Responsibilities:**
**1. Field Supervision**
- Provide daily supervision of rehabilitation and maintenance works at project sites.
- Monitor contractors and laborers working on site.
- Ensure that works are implemented according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Track progress of works and report technical observations to the Project Manager.
- Report any technical issues or delays in implementation.
**2. Quality Control**
- Verify the quality of materials used in construction works.
- Ensure that completed works comply with technical specifications.
- Follow up on corrective actions for any non-compliant works.
**3. Measurements and Quantity Verification**
- Conduct field measurements for completed works.
- Contribute to the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and technical quantity sheets.
- Verify completed quantities before submitting them to the Project Manager for approval.
**4. Field Coordination**
- Follow up on the delivery of materials and equipment to the sites.
- Support the organization of site activities to ensure smooth implementation.
**5. Health and Safety**
- Monitor the implementation of occupational health and safety procedures at project sites.
- Ensure that contractors and workers comply with safety requirements.
- Report any risks or incidents occurring at the site.
**6. Reporting**
- Prepare periodic field reports on work progress.
- Report technical observations and challenges to the Project Manager.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- Engineering Institute or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of basic engineering practices and specifications.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant engineering software.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.
- Basic organizational and administrative skills.
